Alba James introduces her new single "Wake Up In Your Eyes" with a sound that feels gentle, and deeply sincere. From the opening moments, the track draws us into a soft world where love feels uncomplicated and full of warmth. There is a delicate rawness running through the song, and that honesty is one of its biggest strengths. The artist’s vocals are soft without ever feeling distant, allowing the emotion behind her words to come through naturally. The restrained instrumentation also deserves praise, as each element is carefully placed to support rather than overpower the feeling of the song.
